Congratulations! You're about to take the first step in becoming a certified Scuba Diver! The first course in your training, Open Water Scuba Diver, is your chance to learn the basics of diving, building the foundation to becoming a skilled diver. The certification process is broken down into two components:
1. Knowledge Development/Pool Training
2. Open Water Certification Dives
Knowledge Development and Confined Water Training
Offered numerous times per month, the Knowledge Development and Pool training portions of the Open Water Scuba Diver build the foundation for your training, teaching you to be a safe and competent diver. The Knowledge Development training is conducted in one of our classrooms located in the lower level of our retail facility, or online
at your convenience. A few steps away you will find our heated salt water pool, designed specifically with your Pool training in mind. Using the knowledge you have gained throughout your studies, the underwater world will be opened as you experience your first breath underwater. This is your opportunity to get comfortable with the water, equipment and theory of scuba diving. Your professional instructor will be supervising your training at all times to attend to your individual needs. What's Included?
