2) Class & Pool Training ~ Develop your SCUBA skills with your instructor in the pool and solidify your dive theory in the classroom. For your troop's convenience, we offer classes multiple times per month here at our retail facility in our on-site, heated, salt-water pool.
3) Open Water Dives ~ The final step of your certification is to complete 4 open water dives to show yourself and your instructor your competency as a diver. Private Swim Lessons
Swimming and water sports are a fundamental part of the Boy Scout program. Annual swim tests are held every year to attend summer camp. The Swimming Merit Badge is required for Eagle. All scouts have to complete swimming requirements for 2nd and 1st class. If navigating the water is new or uncomfortable for you, we can help!
Our swim instructors work with all ages and abilities. Through our private lesson program, we've helped students not only learn to love the water, but to go from standing in the shallow end to diving in the ocean.
