Emergency Oxygen Provider



Any time a pressure-related dive accident or near drowning is suspected, 100% oxygen should be administered. In this course you will build on basic first aid skills and learn how to properly provide emergency oxygen.

The class will explore various topics in anatomy, physiology, and physics as related to first aid and SCUBA diving. Students will become familiar with functions and processes in the respiratory and cardiovascular systems. Key concepts include common diving emergencies--such as drowning, arterial gas embolism, and decompression illness--as well as explore   different types, features, functions, and care techniques for administering Oxygen for each.

Includes PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider Student Kit and certification processing fees.
