Text, Voice Call and Email Authorization

I authorize One World Dive & Travel to deliver or cause to be delivered the following types of messages by voice calls or text messaging using an automated telephone dialing system: ? Class teaching requests ? Class reminders ? Service suggestions ? Service pick up notifications ? Balance due reminders I authorize such messages to be delivered to my provided phone numbers and email address. I understand that by initialing the agreement, I am authorizing One World Dive & Travel to deliver or cause to be delivered to me certain text messages and/or voice calls and that I am not required to sign this agreement in order to receive services from One World Dive & Travel.
